Gaia Cocktails is a cocktail bar on Sankt Peders Stræde in central Copenhagen, Denmark. It opened on 18 August 2022, founded by Andy and Seb, and it is open every day of the week, so it can fit into a visit at almost any point in the trip.
The bar's concept, #GaiaWonderland, takes its inspiration from Alice in Wonderland.
