The Chris Tanner Trio is playing a live jazz concert at Charlie Scott's in Copenhagen, Denmark, on November 17. The show begins at 17:00, which makes it an easy early-evening outing for anyone who would like to hear a small jazz group in person.
The evening
A trio is a compact line-up, and a live show of this kind tends to be intimate: the musicians are close enough that you can follow the interplay between them, and the room itself does much of the work. Charlie Scott's is the venue, so the performance takes place in a setting built around live music rather than a concert hall.
