Musical Middays on the Pointe is a free weekly lunchtime concert series presented in partnership with Pop Montréal, showcasing emerging Montréal-based artists. Concerts take place outdoors in the pedestrianized zone outside the museum at 350 Place Royale in Old Montréal, running from noon to 1:00 pm. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lunch and take advantage of the picnic tables and Adirondack chairs on site. On July 9, the featured artist is Kris Kinokewin, an Atikamekw singer-songwriter whose music weaves together folk and soft rock.
