Le Duplex est une comédie française au succès retentissant du dramaturge Didier Caron qui a conquis le public parisien et arrive maintenant au Québec pour la toute première fois. La production réunit quatre comédiens acclamés : Pascale Desrochers, Sylvain Marcel, Valérie Blais et François Massicotte.
L'histoire suit la famille Bergeron, qui habite au dernier étage d'un immeuble d'appartements et rêve d'agrandir sa demeure en s'appropriant le logement directement au-dessous, occupé par leurs amis proches, les Tessier. Puisque les Tessier n'ont aucunement l'intention de partir, les Bergeron élaborent des plans de plus en plus absurdes pour les chasser.
S'ensuit une cascade de plans tordus, de manœuvres douteuses et de malentendus savoureux qui mettent à l'épreuve les limites de l'amitié et des murs partagés — le tout joué pour un effet comique maximal.
Le spectacle se déroule le 21 novembre 2026, à 20 h à la Salle Ludger-Duvernay à l'intérieur du Monument-National. Les billets sont au prix de 59,50 $ à 83,50 $ (taxes et frais inclus). La production est présentée par Fun Nation.
