Presented by POP Montreal and Yo Dubsta, this four-act concert at Le Ministère brings together a diverse range of hip-hop and urban artists from Montreal, New York, Cambridge UK and Jamaica.
Headlining is Sonido Pesao, a Montreal collective working at the intersection of Latin music, urban sounds and rap. They are joined by Lord Sko, a 20-year-old New York City rapper reviving the true-school hip-hop tradition.
Also on the bill is JayaHadADream, a Jamaican-Irish rapper based in Cambridge, UK who blends grime and hip hop, and Kamilou, a Montreal artist whose music draws on rap and jazz influences.
Doors open at 19:30, with the show starting at 20:00.
