The PUNCH CLUB Championship, 164th Edition, is a 3-vs-3 street improv match held at Club Soda in Montreal, Canada. The reigning champions defend their title against a team of challengers, and the evening is built around that contest.
What to expect
- Date and time: January 16, 2027, starting at 21:00
- Format: A cabaret-style show with the audience seated
- The Champions: Louis-Philippe Desjardins, Corinne Fortin and Pier-Luc Funk
- The Aspirants: Martin Boily, Joëlle Paré-Beaulieu and Sébastien Tessier
Street improv is performed without a script, so each match depends on the players reacting to one another in real time. For a visitor, this makes the evening a live event where the outcome of the contest is part of the experience.
