Projet Pirate… de la mort!.

Today theater performance
Projet Pirate… de la mort! is the latest iteration of Mathieu Quesnel's ongoing theatrical venture, Projet Pirate, which this time sets sail into Halloween darkness. The evening promises a wild mix of performers, sketches, and characters — skeletons, pumpkins, witches, ghosts, zombies — all filtered through the show's signature irreverent humour. The format remains true to the Projet Pirate spirit: a freewheeling cabaret atmosphere where multiple art forms share the stage and improvisation keeps every night different. No two performances are identical, ensuring audiences can expect genuine surprise at each show. The production aims to shake up conventional theatrical decorum, offering both artists and audiences a broad space for creative freedom. The result blends spontaneity, poetry, absurdity, and comedy into something raw and unpredictable. Performances take place Thursdays through Saturdays at 21:00 on the La Petite Licorne stage at Théâtre La Licorne, Montreal, from October 22 to October 31, 2026.
