Afro-House Night brings MALIVE and the duo Mezz b2b Ekho to Bazart in Montreal on November 20, 2026. The evening starts at 10:00 PM and forms part of the Nuits Bazart series, which turns the restaurant into a space for late-night music.
The sound of the night
The programme leans towards melodic, afro-house and deep, organic music. The series takes its inspiration from Mediterranean culture, so the set suits listeners who enjoy warm, rhythmic textures and a slow build across the night rather than a single peak.
What to expect
- A DJ night in a restaurant setting, with the dining room becoming a nightlife space
- Back-to-back sets from Mezz and Ekho, alongside MALIVE
- A start time of 10:00 PM on Friday, November 20, 2026
This suits a visitor who wants a night out built around dance music in a relaxed venue. Plan to arrive early enough to settle in before the first set begins.
Around the venue
Bazart sits in Montreal, a city known for its nightlife, French-speaking neighbourhoods and lively music scene. Combining the evening with a meal at the restaurant, or with a walk through the surrounding streets before or after the performance, makes for a full evening out.
