The Dire Straits Experience returns to France in December 2026 for 'The Long Highway Tour', stopping at Zenith Sud in Montpellier. The group is widely regarded as the most faithful tribute to Dire Straits, recreating the energy and spirit of the legendary British rock band with remarkable authenticity.
The show is led by Chris White, an original member of Dire Straits, accompanied by six internationally acclaimed musicians. Terence Reis, described by Chris White as the only artist capable of matching Mark Knopfler's vocal and guitar mastery, fronts the performance.
The setlist draws from the band's most iconic catalogue, including Sultans of Swing, Money for Nothing, and Private Investigations, among many others. The mission of The Dire Straits Experience is to keep this music alive and pass on Dire Straits' legacy to new generations.
Electric Pyramid, who appeared as a special guest on the 2025 tour, will once again join as support act for the 2026 dates.
