Performers Nathanaëlle Blanc-Pélissier and Mona Hilaly weave together musical traditions from medieval Europe and the Mediterranean, blending sounds from different origins with legends, poetry and oral tradition. The programme is presented in the Petrarch Hall of the Hôtel de Varennes, an atmospheric setting well suited to this journey through medieval sound worlds.
