Le
Clandestin.

wine bar

Le Clandestin is a discreet and charming bar in the heart of the Sainte-Anne district, open since 2010. True to its name, it is hidden away in a small side street, far from the noise, so you almost feel like you are entering a well-kept secret. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and intimate, with bare stone walls, worn wood, and soft, low lighting. It is a cosy setting made for wine, piano music, and long evenings that stretch late into the night.

The bar brings together three worlds with the same care and quality: wine, cocktails, and sharing boards. You can choose from more than 40 wine references, mostly from the Languedoc region, including reds, dry and sweet whites, rosés, champagnes, and sparkling wines. If you prefer something else, there are homemade signature cocktails, classic drinks, alcohol-free mocktails, craft beers on tap, and a range of spirits. To go with your drink, you can share a board of fine cheeses or Iberian and Italian charcuterie, or pick from a selection of tapas and finger food such as grilled chorizo, burrata, calamari, and potatoes. Many of the products are homemade.

Le Clandestin is also a lively place full of music and fun. Throughout the year, the bar comes alive with piano blind-tests, improv theatre, stand-up comedy, karaoke, live jam sessions, and concerts. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a good glass of wine, share a nice moment with friends, and let the evening slowly unfold in a unique and friendly setting.
