In 159 Tagen dance performance

Tendres façons is a dance performance by Sovann Rochon-Prom Tep, presented in Montreal by Danse-Cité in partnership with La Chapelle Scènes Contemporaines. It is staged over three evenings, from April 8 to 10, 2027, with each performance beginning at 20:00.

About the performance

This is a contemporary dance event, the kind of evening where the body and movement carry the work. Danse-Cité, the presenting organisation, brings this production to the city as part of its programme, and the partnership with La Chapelle Scènes Contemporaines gives it a home in one of Montreal's dedicated contemporary performance venues.

The venue

La Chapelle Scènes Contemporaines is the setting for the run. Because the performances take place in a venue devoted to contemporary work, visitors can expect an audience already drawn to new dance and to the kind of close, attentive viewing that such a space encourages.

Planning a visit

  • Dates: April 8 to 10, 2027
  • Start time: 20:00 each evening
  • Location: La Chapelle Scènes Contemporaines, Montreal, Canada

An evening performance makes a natural start or end to a day in Montreal, a city with a long-established dance scene and many restaurants and neighbourhoods to explore before or after the show. Visitors interested in contemporary dance may find this a good reason to plan a trip around these three nights.
