Ce qui frémit - Patrick Giguère.

In 17 Tagen concert
Ce qui frémit (What Trembles) is a new work by composer Patrick Giguère, drawing inspiration from a passage in Véronique Côté's La vie habitable. The piece is conceived as an invitation to slow down and attune oneself to what resonates quietly within. Through harmonies and melodies of striking familiarity, Giguère employs just intonation to heighten the sense of intimacy and luminosity. The work explores a sensitive, meditative mode of listening that reconnects audiences with something fragile yet essential. The performance features Marie-Loup Cottinet on viola da gamba and Daniel Áñez on synthesizers. The concert takes place at La Chapelle Scènes Contemporaines as part of Québec musiques parallèles 2026.
