It opens with Rhapsody, presented as a classic runway show featuring eight looks that define the brand's identity — rooted in rock culture, expressiveness, rebellion, and bold silhouettes inspired by South American rock's spirit of resistance. The mood then shifts dramatically: the lights go out and a guitarist or vocalist wearing a sculptural mohawk appears centre-stage, breaking the show's rhythm and signalling a transition from Rhapsody to Leonardo Trinidades' personal label. While the band plays, attention gradually moves toward four to five pieces from the designer's personal line — more intentional and constructed in their approach. The performance concludes as a transformation, marking the beginning of Leonardo Trinidades' vision as an independent designer. Leonardo Trinidades is a Peruvian designer based in Montréal and the founder of Rhapsody. His work draws on the freedom he discovered in Montréal's underground scene, translating personal frustration and identity into poetic fashion expression.
